O&M provides all of the required bridge safety inspections, bridge load rating analyses, and/ or bridge testing procedures to bridges on the National Bridge Inventory (NBI) of Puerto Rico. O&M has significant experience performing bridge safety inspections, which include initial inspections, routine inspections, flood monitoring inspections, fracture-critical inspections, and underwater inspections.

O&M focuses on the safety and functional conditions of the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority bridges. We conduct hands-on inspections, evaluating their load capacity and making studies of possible damages and how they could be addressed.

We develop in-depth reports and provide feedback on how to fix the issues that we may have discovered in our studies. O&M is also incorporating new Drone Inspection Techniques to have a deeper impact in our work. The gathered information gets noted and recorded for future reference in our evaluations in the benefit of our clients.
