This project consists of the Inspection of the Elevated Guideways of the Tren Urbano Transit System in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The inspection consists of 386 spans with a total length of 11.4 kilometers (7 -miles) of precast reinforced concrete segments, which includes topside and underside of bridge and substructure inspection using UAS pilot inspection, interior box inspections with MIRA scan of the concrete and tendons to determine discontinuities within the internal ducts, tendon Scan Mag-Flux testing to perform comprehensive post-tensioned tendon testing – the latest in Non-Destructive Testing Technologies to locate, detect, and quantify any Loss of Metallic Area (LMA) and corrosion in external tendons of segmental structures and all underwater inspections.
