Professional Services for the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) Bridge Inventory Inspections.  Safety inspection of bridges in service in Puerto Rico, including the preparation of reports, to determine their physical and functional condition; evaluate their load-carrying capacity; provide a continuous record of their condition and reason for deterioration; and establish priorities.

PR-22 & PR-5 127 Bridge along Toll Roads inspections and conditions assessments in conformance with the NBIS among other standards or manuals such as the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Manual for Bridge Evaluation. These inspections include routine inspection, in-depth inspection, and underwater inspection.
