The project consists of professional design services for the deck replacement of bridges as designated by the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (PRHTA), Bridge Engineering Office. The scope of work also includes performing scour studies and the design of scour countermeasures for scour critical bridges depending on study results. Services include Preparing Plans, Specifications, Estimated Costs, and Load Rating Analysis Reports.
