She has 22 years of experience in management and inspection of private and agency construction projects such as the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (ACT), Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (Prasa), Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (AFI), and the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (DVPR).
