With experience from projects including design, inspection, and management of the construction of public infrastructures and emergency response assistance programs for the rehabilitation, improvement, or improvement of water and wastewater collection, transmission and treatment systems, urban housing, and construction structures, limited access roads (urban and rural environments) and bridges (cover, superstructure, and substructure) covering water bodies.

She has 22 years of experience in management and inspection of private and agency construction projects such as the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (ACT), Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (Prasa), Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (AFI), and the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (DVPR).
