The project involves a comprehensive architectural, structural, and utility renovation of the Manuel González Baseball Park in Salinas, Puerto Rico. The key features include ADA-complaint design, modernized infrastructure, sustainable and code-compliant utilities, and enhanced safety and accessibility. The works include grading and drainage improvements, new foundations, beams, and columns, new electrical panels and wiring for bleachers and interior spaces, roof framing and composite deck systems. The facility has 1,570 seats, a transmission cabin, a VIP area, a lobby and ticket booth, bullpen area and dugouts, locker rooms equipped with showers, benches, and double-tier lockers, and redesigned parking spaces to accommodate ADA compliant spaces.
